Reservation, Cancellation and Late Policy

Please call or visit us to schedule your appointment. We ask for your credit card number to hold your reservation. Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hours we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. In order to prepare everyone’s schedule, all services end at the appointed time, and we ask that you please arrive fifteen minutes early and that you alert us if you are running late. Your reservation is considered a no show if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.

Return Policy

You may return a product purchased in store for exchange within 30 days only if it has not been opened or used and it must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Gift certificates are not refundable. Jewelry and all accessory sales are final.

You may return a product purchased online within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund in the form of original payment (less shipping charges) by requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#) providing; the product has not been opened or used more than 20% (used candles may not be returned), it is returned in good condition and in its original packaging together with a copy of the original receipt. All gift cards, jewelry and accessory sales are final.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured parcel post. We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not reimbursable.

Return procedure:

  1. Request a RA# from Be sure to note in your request:

    • The reason for the request
  2. Returns at Bliss Beauty Center will respond within two days of receipt of the RA Request.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at to report the damage.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
