Reservation, Cancellation and Late Policy
Please call, email or visit us to schedule an appointment. We ask for your credit card information to hold the reservation for you and turn away other requests. Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hours we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. In order to ensure punctuality of each appointment, all services end at the appointed time, and we ask that you please arrive fifteen minutes early and that you alert us if you are running late. Your reservation is considered a no show if you arrive more than 20 minutes late.
Treat your loved ones, friends, and colleagues to experience Bliss! They are redeemable to Bliss Beauty Center in Los Altos for any services (excludes hair services) or products. Gift Certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and the original gift certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. We regret that lost gift certificates can't be tracked or replaced.
Purchase a series of 10 and your 11th treatment is complimentary. Coupons are not refundable, redeemable for cash and guest guests must bring the original coupon to their appointment.
In order to maintain a calm and relaxing spa environment, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and refrain from loud conversations.
Our experts are trained to provide a high level of personalized attention. However, your feedback and guidance is always helpful. Please feel free to communicate what your needs are and we will do everything we can to fulfill your needs.
Your treatment is a first, but not the only step toward beautiful and healthy skin. As follow up treatment and home care are equally important, our trained professionals will spend a few minutes to give you their suggestions as a part of the service you received.
Makeup after Facial
We have makeup artists on staff to touch up your makeup after facial at no cost to you. Please feel free to ask.
You may return a product for exchange within 15 days only if it has not been opened or use and it must be accompanied by the regional sales receipt. Gift certificates and service coupons are not refundable. Jewelry and all accessory sales are final sale.
Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please wear open toe shoes if you are having a pedicure service. Please do not drink alcohol before or during your service.
