All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 7 business days. You can also expedite your shipping for an extra charge by selecting priority shipping. Priority shipping orders received by 12 p.m. PST will ship that day for arrival the next business day. Priority orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. For the best in customer service we also offer a special Custom Delivery option for areas in and around Los Altos (see below).

* Custom Delivery. This option is only available for areas in and around Los Altos, CA). For eligible areas this will show as a shipping option at the time of checkout. With a minimum of 12 hours notice we will deliver the shipment on the day and time of your choosing, 7 days a week between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm. We ask for a 30 minute window to allow for traffic delays etc.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
For Priority Delivery to AK, HI and Puerto Rico, please add $15 for shipments to these areas.
Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date (Priority Delivery is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain locations in Alaska).
